Please be aware that all orders through 4x90 must be confirmed in writing. Therefore, Four x Ninety Ltd can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from prior phone conversation regarding an order that was not put in writing. All items which state 24 hour delivery, are sent out on a 24 hour service with a dedicated courier when ordered before 4pm. 4x90 can not be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.

CARRIAGE TERMS

Nominated day delivery: We aim to deliver all main land UK nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive and will not arrive on your nominated day. Nominated day deliveries to BT and AB postcode areas will arrive on the following working day to the day nominated at the checkout. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be delivered within 5 working days after the date nominated at the checkout.

As of 08.03.2010 we have changed our Parcels Couriers to Fedex, this means that damages are now dealt with in a different manner

If the Box arrives and looks & sounds fine, you have until 5pm the following working day to report any damnages

If the Box arrives and it is damaged and you sign for it as damaged you have two weeks to notify us of these damages

UK

Depending on your location, orders over £500 net will be delivered free of charge by our designated carrier/postal service - UK mainland only.

Depending on your location, orders under £500 and over £300 net will incur a £5 delivery charge unless otherwise stated. Depending on your location, orders under £300 net will incur a £10 delivery charge unless otherwise stated.

NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS

Carriage charges on these orders will be advised after order has been placed.

EXPORT

Please contact our sales office for a quotation.
Please note goods may be sent to you in instalments depending on availability. There is no additional charge for orders delivered in several consignments.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, Government actions and any other similar events.
4x90 cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.

MINIMUM ORDER

Products must be bought in their pack quantities. Most items are sold in a pack and these cannot be separated. Some items are sold individually.

CHARGES FOR SAMPLE PICTURE FRAMES

Due to the cost of preparing and dispatching samples we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the costs involved. You will be notified of these prior to the charge being made if applicable. Any charge made will be refunded on the placement of the first order.

PAYMENT TERMS

Strictly 30 days net from date of invoice for existing accounts.
All new business will be strictly on a Proforma basis.
We offer a settlement discount of 5% for invoices paid within 7 days from date of invoice (existing clients only).
We reserve the right to re-debit your account with settlement discount if deducted without prior agreement.
We reserve the right not to process orders if an account is outside our terms.
We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per calendar month on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond the 30 days credit period.

RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK

The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by FOUR X NINETY LTD, although the risk passes to the purchaser at time of delivery.

DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS

RETURNS

Goods shall not be returned without prior written authorisation from FOUR X NINETY LTD. We ask you to email us within 4 working days of receiving your order. From there we will instruct you as to the next step. All agreed returns must be sent to our warehouse or the warehouse instructed. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and protected, still in their original shrink-wrap and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a 20% restocking charge. Transport charges will not be refunded.
Photographic evidence is required to support any damage claim.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER A BESPOKE PRODUCT (WHICH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING LIST OF ITEMS) THEY ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO PURCHASE.

  • A NON-STANDARD FRAME OR MOUNT (These include all items which have been made especially for you and are of a bespoke size/style).
  • A COLOURED SNAP FRAME (These include all profiles, styles and all colours - other than the silver anodised aluminium).
  • ALL MOUNTS THAT TAKE 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE
  • ALL WOODEN FRAMES THAT TAKE 5-7 DAYS ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE, THIS INCLUDES ANY FRAMES FROM THE 'BESPOKE' AND 'CUSTOM' SECTIONS ON THE WEBSITE.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the unlikely event that the frame requested is out of stock, Four x Ninety Ltd reserves the right to supply a similar frame to that selected in both colour and style.

PART SHIPMENT

Every effort is made to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to make part shipments due to external factors beyond our control.

TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE

There will be no liability for consequential damages/losses.

WEBSITE ORDERS

4x90 Ltd does not accept liability for errors and omissions within its websites and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.

4x90 Ltd does not guarantee any product's fitness for a particular purpose. All items are listed on an 'as is' basis.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information you provide us lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We promise not to sell or pass on your data to any partner companies or third parties.

4x90's secure on-line payment facility is provided by SagePay (www.sagepay.com). You will enter the secure payment gateway to handle all aspects of your payment transaction before entering your credit/debit card details.

SagePay's servers use SSL techniques to encrypt all card details in transit between your computer and the server. Thereafter card information is held only on their highly secure servers and we do not have nor need to have access to it.

As such your card details will not be passed to 4x90 but only processed confidentially and securely for the current transaction.
