01.01.2018 , Pictureframes UK Ltd ( t/a www.4x90.com ) can not be held responsible for any issues resulting from verbal telephone orders that have not been put in writing. All items which state 24 hour delivery, are sent out on a 24 hour service with a dedicated courier when ordered before 3pm . 4x90 cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.

Nominated day delivery: We aim to deliver all main land UK nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday and before 3pm Friday. This is for selected items only, delivery information will state this.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive and will not arrive on your nominated day. Nominated day deliveries to BT and AB postcode areas will arrive on the following working day to the day nominated at the checkout. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be delivered within 5 working days after the date nominated at the checkout.
If the Box arrives and looks & sounds fine, you have until 5pm the following working day to report any damages
We Require Photos of the damages to allow us to process your refund or replacement, these should be sent in with your Order Number & Postcode to : [email protected]
If the Box arrives and it is damaged and you sign for it as damaged and notify us, along with photographic evidence of packaging and damaged products.
Depending on your location, standard delivery charge will be £5.95 plus VAT. Depending on quantities goods may be required to be dispatched on a pallet. These prices will be confirmed at time of order.
NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS
Carriage charges on these orders will be calculated in the basket when your postcode has been entered.

Please note goods may be sent to you in instalments depending on availability. There is no additional charge for orders delivered in several consignments.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, Government actions and any other similar events.
4x90 cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.
All Frames are sold as Single Items
CHARGES FOR SAMPLE PICTURE FRAMES
Due to the cost of preparing and dispatching samples we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the costs involved. You will be notified of these prior to the charge being made if applicable. Any charge made will be refunded on the placement of the first order.
Strictly 30 days net from date of invoice for existing accounts.
All new business will be strictly on a Proforma basis.
We reserve the right not to process orders if an account is outside our terms.
We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per calendar month on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond the 30 days credit period.
RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK
The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by , although the risk passes to the purchaser at time of delivery.

Goods shall not be returned without prior written authorisation from FOUR X NINETY LTD. We ask you to email us within 48 Hours of receiving your order. From there we will instruct you as to the next step. All agreed returns must be sent to our warehouse or the warehouse instructed. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and protected, still in their original shrink-wrap and in a re-saleable condition. Return transport charges will not be refunded.
We may charge a Restocking Fee, depending on the product & circumstances.
Photographic evidence is required to support any damage claim.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER A BESPOKE PRODUCT (WHICH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING LIST OF ITEMS) THEY ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO PURCHASE.
• A NON-STANDARD FRAME OR MOUNT (These include all items which have been made especially for you and are of a bespoke size/style).
• A COLOURED SNAP FRAME (These include all profiles, styles and all colours - other than the silver anodised aluminium).
• ALL MOUNTS THAT TAKE 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE
• ALL WOODEN FRAMES THAT TAKE 7-10 DAYS ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE, THIS INCLUDES ANY FRAMES FROM THE 'BESPOKE' AND 'CUSTOM' SECTIONS ON THE WEBSITE.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the unlikely event that the frame requested is out of stock, Four x Ninety Ltd reserves the right to supply a similar frame to that selected in both colour and style.
Every effort is made to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to make part shipments due to external factors beyond our control.
Pictureframes UK Ltd does not accept liability for errors and omissions within its websites and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.
Pictureframes UK Ltd does not guarantee any product's fitness for a particular purpose. All items are listed on an 'as is' basis.

4x90's secure on-line payment facility is provided by SagePay (www.sagepay.com). You will enter the secure payment gateway to handle all aspects of your payment transaction before entering your credit/debit card details.
SagePay's servers use SSL techniques to encrypt all card details in transit between your computer and the server. Thereafter card information is held only on their highly secure servers and we do not have nor need to have access to it.
As such your card details will not be passed to 4x90 but only processed confidentially and securely for the current transaction.
IP addresses and cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
